These 60-minute classes are designed to build specific skill sets for the Quarterbacks, skill players and line positions.
Taught by former BYF grads and highly experienced athletes, Position Skills will advance athletic development and help the athlete achieve peak from prior to the upcoming season.
These classes are ideal in combination with our Sports Performance classes for youth athletes to prepare for the upcoming season.

Thursday OL/DL 5-6pm
This 60-minute class builds upon the fundamentals in Speed and introduces functional weight training relative to the athlete's ability to further develop power, speed and strength.
